Mrs. Alice M. Bailey, 70, of Hurricane, formerly of Nitro, passed away September 10, 2005, in Putnam General Hospital.
Mrs. Bailey was a member of the Hometown Senior Citizens.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Bertha Amos; and husband, Victor Bailey.
She is survived by her children, Ronnie Dunn of Morrow, Ohio, William Amos of Madisonville, Ky., Karen Riggs of Hurricane, David Morris of Hurricane, and Regina Sue Bailey of Hurricane; sisters, Dorothy Miller of St. Augustine, Fla., and Hilda Rowe of Elizabeth City, N.C.; 12 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter on the way.
