Martha Clark Curtis, my Grandmother, was born in 1902 in Chatham, Columbia Co., New York. She was the daughter of Frederick Curtis (1853-1944) and Violetta Losee (1866-1935).
Her Brothers and Sisters were: George, John, Maria, Douglas, Kenneth, Martin, Mary, Anna and Edwin.
In 1919 she married John Wallace Bartow (1886-1959)and together they had 5 children: John V., Martha Clark, Pearl M., Donald C. and Raymond.
She died 21 Sep 1941 of cancer at the young age of 39.
