CEDARTOWN_ Mrs. Jewell Dingler Grubbs, 63, of 302 Gibson St. died Saturday morning at a Rome hospital.
Mrs. Grubbs was born March 8, 1925 in Polk County. She was a member of East View Baptist Church, was a retired sales lady and was assistant manager of the Diana Shop in Marietta.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Grubbs, in 1962.
Survivors include a son, Danny Ray Grubbs, Cedartown; a sister, Dorothy Ritch, Marietta; a brother, Marlin Dingler, Cedartown; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. today at the chapel of Gammage Funeral Home with the Rev. Reginald Campbell and the Rev. Larry Ritch officiating. Interment will be at Polk Memory Gardens.
