Albert Bever
Albert, son of Jane and Simon Bever, was born near Delavan, Ill., and departed this life December 20, 1946, at Milo, Ia., at the age of 70 years, 8 months and 1 day.

At the age of seven he came with his parents to a farm near Narka and had lived in the same locality all his life. In September of this year he went to Milo where he remained until his death at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Harold Brown.

In early manhood he became a member of the church and was active in its affairs and the Sunday school until later years. He was a member of the Masonic lodge for over 25 years.

On December 24, 1908, he was united in marriage to Grace Coleman, who preceded him in death November 6, 1929.

Those left to mourn his passing are his two daughter, Miss Francis Bever of Narka and Mrs. Harold Brown of Milo; four grandchildren; four brothers, Grover of Waverly, Ill., Charles of Centralia, Wash., Myron and Robert of Narka; one sister, Mrs. Phrana Dovel of Boulder, Colo., numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. John Frint from the Narka Presbyterian church and interment in the Maple Grove cemetery, Masonic rites were conducted at the grave.
