Survivors include his parents, Mike A. and Joy Carolino Bush of Honolulu; two brothers, Mike A. Bush Jr. and Jimmy Carolino Harrison; paternal grandparents, Frank and Rita Bush of Baltimore, Md.; and maternal grandparents, Abad and Fe Carolino of Virginia Beach; a paternal aunt, Gina Bush; and paternal uncles, Frank Jr., Tony and Richie Bush, all of Baltimore; maternal aunt, Olga Caalim of San Jose, Calif.; and maternal uncle, Vic Carolino of Fairfax, Va.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 23, 1995, in Memorial United Methodist Church, 804 Gammon Road, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Joseph T. Carson III. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk. Friends and relatives may join the family at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Abad Carolino, 1116 Belvoir Lane, Virginia Beach, for visitation today between 6 and 9 p.m. Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, Virginia Beach, is handling arrangements.
