Veteran of WW II, serving with the Army. Captain with the 87th Infantry division, he was a member of the first company to liberate Buchenwald Concentration Camp.
Recipient of the Bronze Star, Purple Heart, and other awards for bravery during combat.
He was predeceased by his brother, George Foisy.
Albert is survived by his children and their spouses, his nephew, 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
