She was born March 22, 1966 in Fayetteville to George and Judy Sebring Spears.
Peggy worked at the Northwest Medical Center in Springale for twenty-three years.
She is survived by her mother, Judy Sebring of West Fork, her father, George Spears and wife Geri of Winslow, two daughters: Maddison Blackard and Sara Grace Blackard, both of West Fork; one sister, Christina Moncrief of Elkins; a niece, Amanda Duron; a nephew, David Moncrief, and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday September 25, 2013 at Sunset Cemetery in the Sunset Community.
