Francisco III, San Antonio, TX and Peggy Holman Francisco, Austin, TX; fiancé, Youlia Kostova, Boston, MA; brother, Thomas S. Francisco; sisters, Lori Francisco Hinnenkamp, Lisa Francisco Landa, and Tracy Francisco McMackle; grandmother, Mrs. Nancy Francisco; step-mother, Mrs. William P. Francisco; and a large number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and numerous friends.
Bill graduated as an Architect from Boston Architectural Center and was employed by ADD Inc. as a Design Manager in the Massachusetts office. Bill spent much time working with cats at the Quincy Animal Shelter and designed the shelter’s logo.
