William Payne Francisco IV, of Boston, MA, was killed by an on coming car in his lane of traffic on September 10, 2005.
Bill was born on June 28, 1971, and is survived by his parents, William P. Francisco III, San Antonio, TX and Peggy Holman Francisco, Austin, TX; fiancé, Youlia Kostova, Boston, MA; brother, Thomas S. Francisco; sisters, Lori Francisco Hinnenkamp, Lisa Francisco Landa, and Tracy Francisco McMackle; grandmother, Mrs. Nancy Francisco; step-mother, Mrs. William P. Francisco; and a large number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and numerous friends.
Bill graduated as an Architect from Boston Architectural Center and was employed by ADD Inc. as a Design Manager in the Massachusetts office. Bill spent much time working with cats at the Quincy Animal Shelter and designed the shelter’s logo.
