She came to America with her parents. On March 7, 1886 she was united in marriage to Peter Van Ryswyk who preceded her in death on December 12, 1926. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Mrs. Theodore Le Cocq and Mrs. John Walraven, 3 brothers, Henry, Gerrit and William Vander Wilt and one half brother, Gerrit Vander Wilt.
She is survived by an adopted daughter, Mrs. John Vanden Berg of Pella, 2 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. Also by 2 sisters and two brothers, namely, Mrs. Kate Huyser of Sully, Mrs. K. R. Van Zee of Pella, Tone and Dick Vander Wilt of Knoxville.
Since January 4, 1932, she made her home at the Home for the Aged.
