In addition to his parents, Brantly is survived by three brothers, Robert Wayne Adams of Morehead, Terry Scott Adams of Dunkirk, Indiana, and Cameron Lee Martt of Morehead; paternal grandmother, Katie McClain May and husband Gardner of Morehead; maternal grandparents, Michael and Misty Black Crum of Morehead; maternal great grandmother, Esther Nolte and husband Jerry of Ashland; maternal great grandfathers, Gene Black of Bath County and Galen Crum of Elliott County; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Terry Adams, and maternal great grandmother, Wilma Crum.
Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, September 28, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Memorial Chapel with Pastor Larry Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in Trent Cemetery on Rainbow Road, Morehead.
