Mrs. Mary E. Patterson, wife of the late Goerge W. Patterson, 2222 East Monument Street, died Thursday night from infirmities of old age. She was 73 years old, and was born in Chestertown, MD., but has lived the greater part of her life in Baltimore. Mrs. Patterson was a bride at the time of the Civil War, and she clearly remembered many incidents of the conflict. Three daughters and two sons survive her. The funeral will take place from her home. Burial will be in Baltimore Cemetery.
