Mrs. Harold (Mildred M.) Schmitz, 86, of 2231 LaFollette Avenue, Manitowoc, died Thursday, June 22, 1989 at Manitowoc Health Care Center. Private family funeral services were held this Monday at Harrison Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Deacon William Klein officiated and burial was in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Schmitz was born June 15, 1903 at Manitowoc, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Clemen and Ellen Carney Bonnin. She married Harold J. Schmitz on July 9, 1929 at Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Mrs. Schmitz was a member of Telephone Pioneers of America and Holy Innocents Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Harold; and a daughter, Sarah (Joe) Piller of Bedford, Ohio.
Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with arrangements.
