(1900 - 1965)

Alexander G. Schuh, 64, of 1712 Washington St., Manitowoc, died at 10:45 P.M. Monday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where he had been a patient a week. Death was attributed to a coronary attack.

Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 10 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Alfred Pritzl will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Mr. Schuh was born Aug. 30, 1900, at Brillion, son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Millbach Schuh. He came to Manitowoc with his parents in 1917. He married Emmalu C. Meurer at St. Boniface church Jan. 24, 1928. Prior to his illness in 1959 he worked at Manitowoc Shipbuilidng Inc. 17 years. He was a member of Boilermakers Local 443.

He is survived by his wife, a son, Donald, of Manitowoc; four brothers, Henry of Kiel, Ralph of Grimms and Nic and Ray of Manitowoc; three sisters, Mrs. Henry Barbieur and Mrs. Milton Deubler of Manitowoc and Mrs. Peter Spehar of Eagle River; and nieces and nephews. Three brothers preceded him in death.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Wednesday where at 7:30 p.m. the Rosary will be recited.
