He was a painter for Lafayette, Indiana and build troop and Tank ships in Evansville Indiana for WW2. he lived in Colfax ind. and Lafayette, ind. all his lived time. and a daughter and 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. he had two Brother's, Joe Cook and Clyde Cook and a sister Lillian Cook which she is buried in the same cemetery. He went to Ford School and old Lafayette Jefferson High on south 9th Street.He Also Was Ambulance Driver in the Army
