John P. Stephani, 74, of 2111 S. 10th St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.

Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. D. L. Krembs will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Mr. Stephani was born Aug. 14, 1892, in the Town of Newton, son of the late William and Lena Hills Stephani. He married Agnes Simmet Jan. 17, 1917, and she died March 24, 1965. He was a partner with the Stephani Bros. Vault Works of Manitowoc, retiring from active work in 1956.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Edwin (June) Bonk and Mrs. Roland (Katherine) Meyer, two brothers, William and Erwin, three sisters, Mrs. Louis Kuckow, Mrs. Wenzel Bernard and Mrs. Alma Hoida, of Manitowoc, four grandchildren and a great grandchild.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Thursday where at 7:30 p.m. the Rosary will be recited.
