Emit Good, 76, Rolla, died Thursday, July 13, 2000, in Presentation Medical Center, Rolla.
Emit Alvin Good was born Aug. 16, 1923, in Fairview Township, Rolette County, N.D., where he attended school. He attended high school in Rolla. He farmed with his father and brothers. He married Norma Dahl in 1945. They moved to their own farm that fall. They later moved into Rolla.

He is survived by his wife; a son, Howard (Renae), Rolla; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, John, Myron and Herb, all of Rolla; and a sister, Ida Solberg, Rolla.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph.
Services: 2 p.m. Monday, Presbyterian Church of Rolla and St. John, Rolla.

Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 9 to 11 a.m. Monday, Niewoehner Funeral Home, Rolla, and one hour before services in the church.
Burial: Rolla Cemetery.
