Mrs. Fred Wellner, 45, (above) nee Anna Pieschel, of 911 South 22nd street, died Monday night at the Holy Family hospital. She had been ill since July.

Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Thursday at the Frazier mortuary and at 9 o'clock at St. Boniface church, the Rev. Alfred Pritzl officiating. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery.

Mrs. Wellner, daughter of the late Frank and Mary Pieschel, was born in Clarks Mills in 1901 and in 1925 was married to Fred Wellner. He died in July, 1945. She had been employed at the Northern Wisconsin Produce company. She was a member of the St. Ann's Christian Mothers society of the St. Boniface congregation.

Rosary will be recited at the funeral home Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Survivors are a daughter, Eunice, and son, Paul, at home; four brothers, Frank and Edward of this city; George of route 2, Two Rivers, Clarence of Auburn, Mich.; three sisters, Mrs. Earl Kugler and Agnes Pieschel of this city and Mrs. Frank Strauss of Clarks Mills.

The body may be viewed at the funeral home until the hour of services.
