Daughter of Dr. Jesse Wilson and Susan A. Richardson Mack. She attended Lombard University in Galesburg, Illinois and Michigan College of Medicine and Surgery in Detroit, Michigan, from which she was graduated with a medical degree in 1903. She was on staff at Detroit Emergency Hospital until 1905, when she returned to Rochester, Michigan to practice with her father. In 1907 she was appointed assistant physician at the Lapeer State Home and Training School (formerly the Michigan Home for the Feeble-Minded), a position she held until her retirement in 1948. Upon her retirement, she moved to Plainwell, Michigan, where she lived with a friend. She died in Lapeer in 1957.
