Deceased Name: Martha Fay Laux Geneva - 1918-1999

Martha Fay Laux, 81, of Geneva, a member of St. Mary of the Presentation Church, died Sunday, Dec. 5, 1999, at Wells Community Hospital in Bluffton. The Adams County native retired in 1982 from CTS in Berne and was a member of the Altar Society. Surviving are her husband, Victor H.; a son, Larry L. of Berne; a daughter, Janet E. Lengerich of Geneva; sisters May Stetler, her twin, of Pleasant Mills, and Elna Bailey of Decatur; nine grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister. Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary of the Presentation Church, Geneva. Calling is from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday with an 8 p.m. rosary service at Downing Funeral Home, Geneva. Burial will be in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Geneva.
