Towanda Farmer Dies in Hospital
Alva Talbert Eastwood, 80, of Money Creek Township died at St. Joseph's hospital. The family said that Mr. Eastwood died of complications following a trash fire at his home which his legs were badly burned.
He lived in Money Creek Township most of his life. His father came from England in 1857 and his mother was a member o the James Gillham family, pioneers of Madison County.
He married Mary Winifred Southard sept. 9, 1925 in Normal, IL.
