Lance was the son of Linda Blackburn and the victim of an unsolved homicide. He loved to cook and worked as a chef at several well known dining establishments and Hotels in the Downriver and Metro Detroit area.
He was always a 'happy go lucky' guy that you couldn't help falling in love with when you met him.
He was 'almost my son-in-law' and will always hold a special place in my heart. He is loved alot and will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
