Occupation: Carol was a self employed Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Bellevue School of Nursing, NY in 1964. As a registered nurse she worked as a visiting nurse and as a staff nurse at Morristown Memorial and Hackettstown Hospitals. She earned her B.A. from Centenary College, became a licensed acupuncturist, then later earned her Master's Degree From Pace University and was licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She was the first Nurse Practitioner to be in private practice in the state of NJ and fought to ensure that nurses would be properly reimbursed by insurance companies. She was in private practice for over 20 years and was the former owner of the North Jersey Health & Pain Relief Center in Hackettstown, NJ where she specialized in alternative therapies for treatment of illness, including acupuncture, biofeedback, massage and nutritional therapies. Most recently, she specialized in the treatment of children with developmental disorders and those on the autistic spectrum.

She served on the NJ Board of Nursing for Massage, Bodywork and Somatic Therapy and was a member of the NJ State Nurses Association; member of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She was an avid gardener her entire life, loved cooking and spending time with her grandchildren
