Obituary-

Philip Palisano, 87, a retired mason contractor, died Tuesday in Millard Fillmore Hospital after a short illness. He lived at 531 Plymouth Ave.

Mr. Palisano operated a mason contractor business for 30 years. He retired about 20 years ago.

Mr. Palisano was a native of Palermo, Italy, where he learned the stone mason trade. He came from his homeland as a young man.

He and his wife, the former Christina Cornelia, were married for 63 years. He was a parishioner of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church and a member of the Congrega Maschile Marie S.S. Del Soccorso, an Italian-American club here.

Surviving are his wife; two sons, Thomas, of North Tonawanda, and Frank, of Kenmore; four daughters. Mrs Theresa Nasca, Mrs. Mariano Castellana and Mrs. Joseph Bavisotto, all of Buffalo; and Mrs. Peter Palisano of Williamsville; 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Prayers at 8 Friday morning at the Perna Funeral Home, 1306 Hertel Ave., will be followed by a Requiem High Mass at 9 in the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, Albany and Herkimer Sts. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Cheektowaga.
