Ray Archambeault
COBBTOWN -- Ray Archambeault, 64, died Dec. 30 at Candler County Hospital.
He was born in Savannah and moved to Cobbtown from Brunswick in 1969. He was a 1957 graduate of University of Georgia Pharmacy School, where he was a member of the Kappa Psi Fraternity. He owned and operated R.G. Wilkes Drugs in Cobbtown for the past 30 years. He was a charter member of the Civitan Club of Brunswick and a charter member of the Cobbtown Lions Club. He was past chairman of the Tattnall Development Authority and served on the Tattnall Memorial Hospital Authority Board. He was a member of the Cobbtown United Methodist Church.
SURVIVORS: his wife, Iva Gene Archambeault of Cobbtown; three sons, Chris Archamnbeault of Warner Robbins, and Kirby and Kelly Archambeault, both of Cobbtown; a brother, Larry Archambeault of Napa, Calif.; and two grandchildren, Carolyn and Christopher Archambeault, both of Warner Robbins.
VISITATION: 4-9 p.m. today at Kennedy-Morgan Funeral Homes, Cobbtown Chapel.
FUNERAL: 2 p.m. Saturday at Cobbtown United Methodist Church, burial in Sunlight Cemetery.
