Ralph died at Stamford General Hospital in Stamford, Conn. He was a retired postal worker.
He was survived by his wife Mrs. Susie Doughty Oehman; two daughters, Mrs. Annie Ruth Meahman of Richmond, Va., and Mrs. E. L. Lambert of Guilford College, two sons, John David Oehman of Guilford College, & Stephen Francis Oehman of Waukegan, Ill.; four sisters & three brothers.
