Charles W. Robinson, father of Attorney Washington I. Robinson died from an attack of pneumonia last winter, from which he never fully recovered.
He was prominent throughout the US as an authority on grape raising, the management of vineyards and manufacture of wine.
The widow and five children survive him. The children are Washington I Robinson and Anna E. Robinson of Detroit; Wellington J. Robinson, of Anaconda, Montana; Charles W. Robinson, of San Diego, CA and Lafayette L. Robinson of New York city.
