Anna Mae Norman, 62, of Berrien Springs, died Friday afternoon, May 12, 2006, at Lakeland Hospital in St.
Joseph. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 16, at Allred Funeral Home in Berrien
Springs, where friends are invited to visit with the family from 10 a.m. until service time. Memorials may be
made to the family to help with Sarah's educational expenses. Those wishing to leave an online message of

born on September 24, 1943, in Jacksonville, Illinois, the daughter of Elmer and Ora May (Baptist) Norman.
Anna had completed her college education, and was a computer technician for Southwestern Michigan
College until 1995 when illness forced her early retirement. She was a very encouraging individual, using her
computer to send uplifting messages to friends. She also enjoyed knitting and crocheting in her leisure time.
Surviving Anna are her daughter, Sarah Norman of Berrien Springs; her son, James Norman of South Bend;
two grandchildren--Austin and Rebecca Norman; two sisters--Becky Fleenor of Berrien Springs and Bonnie
Berry of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two sisters-in-law--Joanne Teller of Iowa and Judy Hilliard of Hartford,
Michigan; and three brothers--Kenneth Norman of Ft. Pierce, Florida, Donald Hilliard, Jr. of Niles, and David
Hilliard of South Bend. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters--Doris Capicotte and Barbara
Banes; and two brothers--Richard Norman and Daniel Hilliard.
