Notes: Anna Catharina Nath was born July 27, 1891, in Teschendorf, Fehmarn, an island off the northern coast of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Her parent were Matthaus and Anna Sophia (Johannsdotter) Nath. She, along with a brother, Karl Jacob Nath, came to British Columbia, Canada. Another brother, Matthaus Nath, also come to either Canada or the United States.

She married Hartwig Horn on March 18, 1926 in Ashcroft, British Columbia, Canada. They were the parents of four sons, Stanley, Arthur, Walter and Christian Horn and all were born before their marriage in 1926. Hartwig and Anna were divorced in November of 1948. She married Orval Herbert Gibson on January 22, 1949, in Kelowina, Canada. Anna died at Royal Inland Hospital, Kamloops, British Columbia.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, Stanley Horn, three sisters and four brothers.

Anna was cremated and her ashes scattered. Her name appears on a plaque at Lone Butte Pioneer Cemetery of those who had been cremated.
