Dick married Loraine Martinson, born March 29, 1925, on October 10, 1953, and adopted a daughter.

Ellison (42) 8th grade education, was still a Shipping Clerk for a Blue Print Manufacturer @ $1,456 in 1939; Florence (42) 8th; Lorraine (19) S, H-4, Messenger Girl for Gadget Concern @ $223/yr in 1939; and Richard (14) 8th grade education.
