Widow Gets $100,000: Dr. Frank Love's Will Probated: Specific bequests totalling $100,000 are contained in the will of Dr. Frank W. Love of 893 West Ferry Street, which was filed for probate late yesterday in surrogate's court.
Principal beneficiary is his widow, Mrs. Virginia B. Love, who is left $100,000, personal effects, real property at 470 Linwood Avenue and the residuary estate. Mrs. Love also was named executrix in the will which was dated last September 26th.
Frank was the son of Franklin D. Love and Geraldine Waterman. He died at his late residence, 470 Linwood Avenue, Buffalo. He was 70 years, 2 months and 14 days of age. His wife was Virginia Ball Love. Cause of death: Cerebral Hemorrhage.
Other specific bequests were: Mary E. Lewis of 340 Huntington Avenue, a sister, $25,000, Marion A .Lewis, same address, a niece, $15,000; Geraldine Stacey of 531 Wellington Road, Rochester, a niece, $10,000; Marion Maybelle Stacey of 91 Cobbs Hill Drive, Rochester, a grandniece, $5000, and Stanley Stacey, same address, a friend, $3000.
Mary Hartmetz of 50 Elmer Avenue, who was caretaker of Dr. Love's William Street office, was bequeathed $1000. Bequests of $5000 each are provided for the Buffalo Association for the Blind and the Home for the Friendless.
Dr. Love died July 21st at the age of 70.
