He was born on May 12, 1919 in Brandon, Ohio to the late Arthur and Cora (Miller) Chrisman. Everett was employed as a Supervisor for the Miller Lighting Company. He was a lifelong member of the National Rifle Association. Everett loved the outdoors and hunting. He was a veteran serving in the United States Army during WWII from 1941-1945.
He is survived by his wife Helen (Martin) Chrisman; his nephew David Chrisman of Mount Vernon; two nieces, Debra Chrisman of Columbus, Susan (Craig) Yarger of Custer; and his brother Max (Carol) Chrisman of Granville.
Besides his parents, Everett was preceded in death by his brother Ned Chrisman.
There will be no calling hours. A graveside service, with military honors provided by the Knox County Joint Veteran's Council, will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 beginning at 1 PM in Brandon Cemetery with Rev. Marvin Haught officiating.
