Russell H. Sarver, 61 of Macon died 10:15 am Wednesday in St. Marys hospital, Decatur. Services will be 2 pm Friday in the Dawson & Wikoff funeral home in Moweaqua, where friends may call after 4 pm Thursday. Masonic services conducted by Moweaqua Lodge 180 will be 8 pm Thursday. Burial will be in the Bethany cemetery in Bethany.
Mr.Sarver was born in Henton, a son of Edward and Minnie Downs Sarver. He was a retired manager of the Macon motel and was a painter. Mr. Sarver was member of the Henton United Methodist church, Moweaqua Masonic Lodge 180 and Ansar Shrine and Springfield Consistory.
He married Goldie Conley in Findlay on Aug. 15,1929. Surviving are his wife,son,Harold Dean of Davenort,Iowa, brother Charles E. of Ontario,Calif,sisters, Mrs. Herman (Pearl) Small of Shelbyville, Mrs. Ollie Burke, of Henton Mrs.Dorothy Adams of Decatur, Mrs. Charles(Velma)Portees of Cherry Valley, Calif and two grandchildren. His parents, three brothers and sister precede him in death.
