" Odd Family Suit Over Cow"

Special to The Inquirer.
Bridgeton, N.J. , Oct. 22. - The
suit of Mrs. Joanna Tubman against her
daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Robbins, both
of Dividing Creek, for possession of a
cow, was tried in court today. One of
the witnesses for the defense was Vin-
cent Tubman, husband of the plaintiff
and father of the defendant. Mr. and
Mrs. Tubman lived together for twenty-
seven years and then seperated. The hus-
band sold the personal effects to his
daughter, Mrs. Robbins. The wife
claimed that a cow which had been sold
with the rest of the property was her
personal property. This was eleven
years ago and the suit was concerning a
calf born to the original cow. The jury
found no cause for action.
