Warren P. "Phil" Fisher, Jr., 58, Norfolk, VA, passed away on October 5, 2013. A native of Norfolk, VA, Phil was a graduate of Norview High School and Old Dominion University. He lived a number of years in Charleston, SC. He is survived by his parents, Warren and Jeanne Fisher; three children, Erica, Philip and Jillian Fisher; a brother, Brack Fisher and wife Cyndi. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
