Set services for Nevada woman

Mrs. Addie French, 93, Nevada, died about 2:30 a.m. Sunday at the Story County Hospital, where she had been patient for about 15 days.

Mrs. French was born in Story County in 1872, the daughter of Benjamin F. and Mary E. Chapman. She had been a resident of Story County all her life.

Mrs. French is survived by two sons, Floyd of Fort Charlotte, Fla. and Merle, of Cedar Rapids, Neb.

She was preceded in death by her husband, who died in 1943, and an adopted daughter who died in 1934.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday from the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Nevada, with Elder Ray Hartlein officiating. Burial will be in the Nevada cemetery.
