He is survived by his wife, Shirley, two sisters, Doris (Jim) Miller of Marshfield, Missouri; Elaine (Joe)Mahan of Kansas City, Missouri; two stepchildren, Carl (Pat) Moose of Urbana, Illinois; Carla Meek of Henderson, Kentucky; four step-grandchildren and four step great-grandchildren.
