Alice L. Barefoot, 85, a loving mother and grandmother, passed away Friday, Oct. 4, 2013. Funeral: 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Greenwood Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Worth. Interment: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Greenwood Funeral Home. Alice was born Oct. 15, 1927, in Arkansas. She enjoyed gardening and being outdoors. She loved animals and nature. She was preceded in death by her husband, Yancy; and two sons, John and James. Survivors: Sons, Bob Barefoot and wife, Pat, and Billy Barefoot and wife, Joy; grandchildren, Rene Kalata, Kim Bush, Brandy Hardy, Billy Barefoot II, Tanya Barefoot, Yancy Barefoot, Melissa Parks and Jonathan Nicks; and several great-grandchildren.
