Sister of Silas Jackson (1882-1918), Sarah E. Jackson-Cook (1883-1965), Lucinda Emily Jackson-Hill (1885-1958), Lettie Jackson-Bailey (1889-1966), Cora Jackson (1890-Deceased), Jesse J. Jackson (1893-1974), Bertha Jackson-Conley (1895-1967), and Vada Jackson-Belcher (1897-1934).

Married James "Blaine" Cook (1884-1913) on December 25, 1906 in Rockview, Wyoming County, WV (per WV Marriage License Register, Wyoming County, WV, 1906, Page 415, Application Date: December 24, 1906).

Mother of Lorena Cook (1908-Deceased).

Also married to Oswell Bodine Cook (1892-1956) on April 8, 1916 in Wyoming County, WV (per WV Marriage License Register, Wyoming County, WV, 1916, Page 43, Application Date: April 8, 1916). This marriage ended in divorce.

Victoria died at age 62 from undiagnosed disease of the adrenal gland & neoplasm of unknown primary site (per WV Certificate of Death #6393 Dist #280 Serial #322, Mercer County, WV, 1949).
