Willard Bill D. Blanchard of Brockton, formerly of Bedford and Roslindale, April 6, 2010. Born in Boston on November 30, 1923, he was the son of the late Ralph and Mary Blanchard. Bill served in World War II as a Chaplin Assistant. He enjoyed traveling with the Ys Mens Club and was an active member of the YMCA in West Roxbury. Brother of the late Marion T. Blanchard, Herbert R. Blanchard and Barbara M. Anderson. Uncle of Paul D. Blanchard of Bridgewater and Roy D. Blanchard of Franklin. Funeral Service, Saturday, March10, in St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 15 St. Paul St., Brookline at 10 o'clock. Visiting Hours Friday April 9, in the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 5 Canton Ave., Milton 4-7 pm. Interment Private.
