Lemuel Lee Justice of Wilmington, NC, died Friday, July 28, 1995, in Cape Fear Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Pender County, NC, on February 19, 1922, the son of the late Jerry Justice and Carrie Hardison Justice. He was a retired, self-employed house painter.
Mr. Justice was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Thelma Robbins Justice in 1987, and two sons, Terry Wayne Justice and Larry Joseph Justice.
Surviving are his sons, Lemuel Lee Justice Jr. and wife, Margaret, of Watha, NC, Clifton Ray Justice and Barry Randolph Justice, both of Wilmington, NC; three brothers, Sam Justice, Marion Justice, and Billy Justice; three sisters, Mrs. Sissy Riggs, Mrs. Geneva Gainey and Mrs. Mary Catherine Barnes; twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Andrews Mortuary, Market Street Chapel, from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 30, 1995.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Salvation Army, 820 North Second Street, Wilmington, NC 28401.
