A native of London, England, Mrs. Mayer came to the U.S. in 1900, lived in Minneapolis, Minn., and moved to Oregon in 1922.
She was a member of Staub Memorial Congregational Church.
Mrs. Mayer is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Marie Mason of La Grande and Mrs. Marjorie Pepper of Portland; three sons, Clifford P. Mayer of Los Angeles, Calif., and Fred H. and Phillip M. Mayer, both of Portland; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
