David Robert Earles, 60, of Maroa, IL. Died at 6:45 A.M. February 11, 2005 in his residence.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday, February 15, 2005 at 11 A.M. at Dawson & Wikoff Colonial Chapel North Funeral Home. Burial will be in Maroa Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family.
David was born December 13, 1944 in Decatur, IL. He married Janice "Jenny" L. Windlan on August 31, 1962. He was a Union Sheet Metal Worker for over forty years with Sheet Metal Worker's Local #218 and had been with Severe Plumbing and Heating for the last 20 years of his work career. He was a member of the Eagles Club in Clinton.
Surviving is his wife: Jenny, of Maroa, Mother: Charlotte Underwood of Maroa, Children: Rollin D. Earles of Maroa, Nicole Rexilius and her husband Rex of Salem, and Robbie D. Earles of Bloomington. Grandchildren, Molly, Raegan, Grant, Randee, Nicholas and Leslie. Sisters: Sandy Grigg of Decatur and Cathy Jones and husband Robert of Dunlap, TN, half-brothers: Rich Underwood and his wife Candy of Maroa, James Underwood and his wife April of Maroa, Kenneth Underwood of Maroa and Mike Earles of Cerro Gordo. Also surviving are a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his half-brother Gary Allen Underwood and his nephew Dylan Underwood.
David was a very devoted and committed husband, father and gran dad. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
