Daughter of Edwin Samuel Swan and Bessie Mae Hertz. Pauline raised 5 children & lived in Illinois, Washington, California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. As a born again Christian she was an inspiration to people around the world with her letter writing ministry. She leaves sons Duane Gilbert Piper Jr in Texas, Edwin Samuel Piper in Pennsylvania, and daughters Rebecca Joanne Lehnert in Florida, Elizabeth Sue Weinle in Pennsylvania, and Ellen Esther Caulkins in Pennsylvania. She also leaves her husband of 52 years Duane Gilbert Piper Sr, and 12 grandchildren.
