Ruth Williams, 55, of Rt. 4 Ottawa, died Tuesday at 1:27 p.m. in Ottawa Community Hospital.
She was born July 23, 1918 in Streator, a daughter of Henry August and Elizabeth (Bavolar) Lieske Sr. In 1943, she married Edward Williams in Ottawa.
He survives with a son: Terry of Streator; two daughters: Patricia at home and Sandy (Joseph) Ricci of Kewanee; a grandson: Scott; her mother: Elizabeth Lieske of Ottawa; four brothers: Richard of Streator, Henry, Clarence and Earl of Ottawa.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Funeral will be Thursday at 9:30 a.m. from St. Columba Church with burial in St. Stephen's Cemetery in Streator.
Visitation is scheduled today from 4-9 p.m. at Gladfelter Chapel, Ottawa. Liturgical prayers will be at 8:30 p.m.
Pallbearers will be: Dennis Lawrence, Michael and David Graham, William Danley and Earl Lieske Jr.
