LAKE WACCAMAW - Ms. Patricia Elvington Meares, 65, of Lake Waccamaw, died Sunday, May 11, 2003, in The Meadows of Lake Waccamaw.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Riverside Cemetery in Nichols by Dr. Ray Lundy.
Ms. Meares is survived by three daughters, Judy M. Tyree of Lake Waccamaw and Gay M. Scott and Alesia M. Chauncey, both of Fair Bluff; three brothers, Charles Elvington of Alexandria, Va., Plan L. Elvington Jr. of Fair Bluff and Harold R. "Sonny" Elvington of Nichols; a sister, Kitty J. Cooke of Nichols; and 6 grandchildren.
