Mr. Rosen was a 1941 graduate of Huntington High School. He was a 1947 graduate of Devry Technical School in Chicago. He was a Procurement Agent for the United States Government. He was a WWII Navy Veteran and was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2689 in Huntington and was a member of the St. Peter & Paul Catholic Church.
He was born on September 6, 1922 in Huntington County the son of Wayne and Luellen Snyder Rosen.
He was united in marriage to Bertha J. Karst on January 28, 1944 in Huntington. His wife survives.
Additional survivors include a son: James Rosen of Huntington; a sister: Mrs. Brian (Karen) Johnson of Lanora, South Carolina; four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son: Thomas Rosen.
