Ronald D. Hart Dies in Vietnam

Infantryman Ronald D. Hart, 20, 3004 Norton Ave., was killed in action 17 Feb (1967) during the fighting near the Cambodian border. He was a member of Troop D, 10th Cavalry of the 4th Infantry Division.

A 1965 graduate of Everett High School, he took part in a number of school activities and was on the football, wrestling and track teams. He also attended Immaculate Conception School.

Specialist Fourth Class Hart went into the Army after graduation. He was born 11 Jan 1947 in Everett, and had lived all his life here.

The son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank B. Hart, he also leaves five brothers, Lawrence E., Daniel T., Timothy P. and Steven G., all at home, and John F. of Everett, and a sister, Mrs. Karen Garrioch of 2310 8th St. Other relatives are three uncles, George Hart of Everett, William S. Hart of Spokane and Mearl Thompson in Montana; four aunts, Mrs. Dorothy Sinclair of Vista CA, Mrs. Alice Sollars of Shelton, Mrs. Katherine Henslee and Mrs. George Trump, both of Seattle and numerous cousins.
