Served until Dec. 1783/Veteran's Administration, Washington, D.C. S.C. 43772 Remarks: Joseph Parker and his wife are buried at Brookside cemetery in Plessis, town of Alexandria, Jeff. Co., N.Y. He came to Jefferson County to be with his children.
