Aaron Walker, 68, of Adolphus, KY died at 6:20 a.m. Sunday, October 6, 2013 at his residence. The Adolphus, KY native was a former employee of Scotscraft, retired employee of General Electric, member of Providence General Baptist Church, former member of the Allen County Jaycees and Scottsville Lions Club, member of the Highland Trio for over 45 years and a musician for over 50 years having learned to play at the age of 11. He was a son of the late Andrew Arvil Walker and Ora Mae Fishburn Walker and husband of the late Osha Mae Walker.



He is survived by his wife: Denise Walker, Adolphus, KY;

2 daughters: Tammy Keene, Lafayette, TN and Penny Jeffries and husband, Tony, Glasgow, KY;

1 brother: Delmis Walker and wife, Jane, Scottsville, KY;

2 sisters: Betty Wolfe and husband, Bobby, Scottsville, KY and Linda Cherry and husband, J. R., Adolphus, KY;

5 grandchildren: Andrew Crone; Joshua Crone and wife, Jessica; Erin Phillips, Jacob Keene and Hannah Keene;

5 great grandchildren: Brianna, Chloe, Braxton, Abbey, Mackenzie and Karsen;

2 step granddaughters: Tonya Jeffries and Sarah Mountjoy.

He was preceded in death by 1 daughter: Pamela Crone; 3 brothers: Eugene Walker, Donald Walker and Ralph Walker.



Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Patrick officiating and burial in Oak Forest No. 1 Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6:00 p.m. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home.
