She is survived by her family: husband Andy of 38 years, son Chris and daughter Hollie and her sister Pat (Bill) Todero of Buffalo, New York.
She graduated Mount Vernon High School in 1965 and was a homemaker to the family. Cynthia was well known and loved within the close knit community in which she lived.
She joined the Ladies Auxiliary VFW 933 in Feb. 1986 as a life member, the Ladies Auxiliary American Legion 43 and Ladies Auxiliary Eagles 3242.
She was predeceased by her mother Arlene (Singer) and father Leonard Kaiser.
A memorial and celebration of her life will be held at the George Baldridge Post 43 American Legion in Sedro-Woolley on Saturday, September 29th at 1pm. Please bring a picture or fond memories of Cynthia.
